Tom Charles

Tom Charles is an experienced integration leader with a proven track record in technology consulting and integration practices. Currently serving as the Integration Practice Lead A/NZ at Accenture since February 2022, Tom is responsible for optimizing value and business outcomes for clients through collaboration with partners. Previously, as Practice Partner at DXC Technology from December 2019 to November 2021, Tom led both a digital integration business and the MuleSoft practice. Tom's earlier tenure at Accenture as Senior Manager focused on delivering customer-centric technology solutions across various industries. Tom began their career as a Technology Analyst at Deutsche Bank from 2008 to 2009 and holds a Bachelor of Information Technology in Software Architecture from Queensland University of Technology, earned between 2006 and 2009.
