Tom Ford is a Director in Accenture’s Salesforce practice in London, specialising in digital CRM architecture and transformation delivery. Since 2007, Tom has focused on Salesforce technology and currently serves as the UK and Ireland CTO & Solution Architecture leader. Prior to joining Accenture in 2011, Tom was a founding member and manager of the UK's first GSI Salesforce consulting practice at Capgemini. Tom studied Computer Science at the University of Bristol and has a strong interest in technology and architecture. Outside of work, Tom resides in Kent with their family.
