Tom Kraus

Tom Kraus, PMP, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technology leadership and program management. Currently serving as the Global Payroll Technology Modernization Lead at Accenture, Tom leads a global team to modernize payroll technology for over 1 million employees across 60+ countries. Previous roles at Accenture include Data Portfolio Delivery Lead and CIO - Infrastructure Services Delivery Lead, where Tom managed substantial budgets and delivered transformative technology solutions. Tom also co-founded Samhara, developing a custom tool that significantly enhanced user experience, and led a major Microsoft O365 conversion at Kraus Consulting, resulting in substantial cost savings. Earlier in Tom's career, experience was gained in analytics and reporting, and project management across various sectors, including retail and government. Tom holds a BME in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering from the University of Minnesota and is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP).
