Tom Wallace

Tom Wallace is a Managing Director at Accenture, where they help organizations transform their HR, Finance, and Planning functions through technology. Since 2019, they have leveraged their extensive experience from various roles at Accenture to lead clients in moving their processes to the Workday cloud. With over a decade of experience and work in more than 20 countries, Tom has developed a strong background in tech consulting, particularly in back-office transformation. They began their career as a Project Management Co-Op at Baxter Healthcare and have also contributed to educational software development as a student researcher at Northwestern University, where they are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering. Outside of work, Tom enjoys outdoor activities in the Colorado Rockies with their family.
