Tracy H.

Tracy H. is a Senior Technology Leader and Managing Director at Accenture, specializing in enterprise-scale AI transformation through platform innovation and generative AI infrastructure. Currently, Tracy leads the development of Accenture’s AI Refinery, an end-to-end GenAI platform, while managing a global team of over 200 engineers and scientists. Previously, Tracy was a Senior Staff Engineering Manager at Google, where they led the AI/ML co-design team for key machine learning applications, and a Senior Engineer at Intel, focusing on machine learning architecture. Tracy is pursuing a Master's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering at Stanford University.
