Vanessa Ramos has extensive experience in digital marketing and customer service, having worked as a Digital Marketing Assistant at Cognizant from May 2021 to May 2023, where responsibilities included managing Google Ads client demands and monitoring area metrics. Prior to this, Vanessa served as a Backoffice Customer Service Assistant at Apex America Brasil from September 2017 to May 2021, handling promotional inquiries for P&G products.
