Vidhya Chandrakantan is a change management and strategy consultant dedicated to transforming the effectiveness of NGOs and voluntary sector organizations. Currently serving in a strategy secondment at the Gates Foundation, Vidhya has extensive experience in advising non-profit leaders on program evolution, organizational restructuring, and change management initiatives. Previously, as a Change Management Manager at Accenture, Vidhya led projects including a major divestiture and extensive change management training. Vidhya holds a degree from Duke University and is known for a passion for capacity building and a love of wordplay, alongside efforts to learn the piano.
