Vikas Dutt is an experienced professional with over 24 years in the corporate world, currently serving as the Associate Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Accenture. Vikas has held significant roles including Associate Director of Recruitment Operations at FlexAbility and Head of Recruitment at Allegis Global Solutions. Prior to that, Vikas contributed to Fareportal as Associate Director of Human Resources and Recruitment and worked in various managerial positions at Concentrix and Convergys. Vikas holds a Bachelor of Arts from Delhi University and a PGDBM in Marketing from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies.
