Xia Ma is an experienced professional with a diverse background in project management and business consulting. Starting as a Project Assistant and Coordinator at Daimler Buses | EvoBus, Xia contributed to license projects and conducted market analyses. Following this role, Xia served as a Coordinator for technical translations at Siemens, ensuring quality in document translations. Significant experience was gained at BNP Paribas as a Business Expert in Operations, focusing on project management, process optimization, and digitization efforts. In addition, Xia worked as a Product Owner at Syncier, leading agile projects and overseeing software development and data migration. Currently a Manager at Accenture, Xia continues to leverage extensive expertise in business development and operational strategy.
