Zeeshan Shafi

Zeeshan Shafi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in M&A strategy, currently serving as a Manager in the Mergers and Acquisitions Practice at Accenture since June 2017. In this role, Zeeshan specializes in divestiture/separation planning, TSA frameworks, governance models, and both pre and post-merger integration for major global consumer goods companies, with a strong emphasis on IT M&A. Prior to Accenture, Zeeshan worked as a Strategy Consultant advising Fortune 500 clients on strategic initiatives and held positions at First Annapolis Consulting, Inc. as a Strategy Consulting Senior Analyst and Analyst.
