Arce is currently the Digital Marketing Strategy Lead at Accenture, focusing on delivering digital marketing services to help clients achieve their goals. Previously, Arce held various roles at Accenture, including Business & Integration Architecture Consultant Lead and Analyst. Arce also served on the Executive Board of Directors for the Latino Business Student Association at San Jose State University, where they designed workshops and established connections advocating for diversity and inclusion. Arce interned at both Girls Who Code and Adobe, where they contributed to innovative projects and data management processes. Arce earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business with a focus on Management Information Systems from San Jose State University.
