Ayan Patel serves as the Chief of Staff at Accertify, Inc. since August 2014. Prior to this role, Ayan accumulated extensive experience at American Express, where tenure spanned from August 2007 to August 2014. During this period, Ayan progressed through positions including Manager of the Global Service Engineering and Transformation team, Lead Industrial Engineer, Senior Industrial Engineer, and Industrial Engineer. Ayan's expertise lies in leading cross-functional projects, implementing Lean Six Sigma methodologies, and driving process improvements across various departments, contributing significantly to reducing operating expenses and enhancing key performance metrics. Ayan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University, obtained in 2007.
