Ern Tan

Ern Tan is a data analytics and technology professional with extensive experience in various leadership and analytical roles. Currently serving as Client Performance Analytics Manager at Accertify, Inc. since March 2024, and as Founder of Civic Cincinnati since September 2023, Ern has demonstrated a strong ability to manage data insights while also contributing to community initiatives. Prior experience includes roles such as Interim Vice President and Interim Board Trustee at Over-The-Rhine Community Council, Senior Data Analyst at American Express, and Education Product Support Specialist at OverDrive, where Ern excelled in relationship management and data metric development. Additional roles have included leadership positions in projects focused on STEM innovation and humanitarian efforts. Ern holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Case Western Reserve University and has international education experience from Universidad de Salamanca.
