Glenn Kim has extensive work experience in fraud prevention, customer experience, and data analysis. Glenn worked at Accertify, Inc. as a Senior Manager Customer Experience & Solutions, where they drove fraud reduction strategies and developed strategic plans for clients. Prior to that, they worked as a Fraud Prevention Consultant and Data Analyst at the same company, leading client implementations and investigating forgery and theft within customer accounts. Glenn also worked at Microsoft as a Fraud Investigator, where they analyzed fraud patterns and utilized data analysis to minimize fraudulent transactions. Glenn also worked at T-Mobile as a Fraud Analyst, conducting in-depth account investigations. Earlier in their career, they were a part of the Internal Revenue Service at the U.S. Department of the Treasury, where they processed taxpayer inquiries and resolved issues.

Glenn Kim obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English from Northwest University, where they studied from 2001 to 2004. In July 2018, they also obtained a certification from the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE).
