John Albani

John Albani is an experienced professional in project management and implementation, currently serving as an Implementation Specialist at Accertify, Inc. since March 2018, focusing on SaaS integration projects. Previous roles include Project Manager at American Express and NSW Telco Authority, as well as managerial positions in policy, governance, and reform with the NSW Department of Finance, Services and Innovation. John has also worked as a Policy & Planning Analyst at the Office of Environment and Heritage (NSW) and as a Help Desk Manager at CSE UNSW. Educational qualifications include a Graduate Certificate in Change Management from AGSM @ UNSW Business School, a Master’s Degree in Business and Technology, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Science from UNSW, alongside completing the Aboriginal Cultural Education Program at TAFE NSW.
