JT Buser has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. JT began their career as a Senior Statistician at Statsoft, where they consulted with Fortune 500 companies and played a key role in product development. JT then joined Photronics as a Corporate Statistician, where they implemented statistical solutions and developed training programs.

After that, JT worked at Bulldog Solutions as a Senior Product Manager of Analytics. JT successfully managed various product development projects and played a crucial role in evaluating and implementing enterprise-wide systems.

Following their tenure at Bulldog Solutions, JT joined Bazaarvoice as a Sr. Business Analyst, where they created comprehensive reports for clients and developed internal client health indices. JT later became a Social Analytics Team Lead and a Sr. Authenticity Analyst, leading projects and designing fraud detection systems. JT also managed the authenticity program, which significantly contributed to the company's success.

Currently, JT serves at Accertify, Inc.: An American Express Company as a Sr. Manager of Client Success. In this role, they are responsible for managing strategic accounts and ensuring high client satisfaction across various industries, including retail, airlines, ticketing, theme parks, government, and online travel agencies.

Throughout their career, JT has consistently demonstrated their expertise in analytics, fraud detection, product management, and client success. JT has a proven track record of implementing innovative solutions and delivering exceptional results.

JT Buser obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Southwestern University, where they studied from 1992 to 1996. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Experimental Psychology at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, where they attended from 1996 to 1998.
