Kevin Smith

Kevin Smith has extensive experience in fraud analysis, public safety, and law enforcement. Since September 2018, Kevin has worked at Accertify, Inc. as a Fraud Strategist and previously as a Fraud Analyst, focusing on reviewing transactions to identify and cancel fraudulent orders. Prior to this, Kevin served as a Community Service Officer at Waubonsee Police Department, handling traffic control and assisting sworn personnel with emergency and non-emergency calls. Kevin's background also includes a role as a Fraud Investigator at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where responsibilities included identifying fraud suspects and managing chargebacks. Additionally, Kevin held various positions in public safety and loss prevention, including serving as a Public Safety Officer at Northwestern Medicine and working in Assets Protection at Target. Kevin holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Lewis University and multiple associate degrees in related fields from the College of DuPage.
