Thomas Doner

Thomas Doner has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. In 2001, they worked for JPMorgan Chase as a Chargeback Supervisor, where they provided leadership and training support. From 2005 to 2007, they served as an Office Manager at Quality Plumbing Parts Inc., overseeing various responsibilities such as scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and managing warehouse operations. At HSN, they held multiple roles from 2007 to 2015, including Chargeback Analyst, Fraud Detection Supervisor, and HSNi Manager-Fraud Programs. During their tenure, they developed fraud strategies, reduced manually reviewed orders, and maintained chargeback losses below 1%. Since 2015, Thomas has been with Accertify, Inc., where they have held positions such as Fraud Consultant, Director of Client Onboarding-Fraud, and currently, Director of Solution Consulting. In 2022, they also founded their own company, Manftees.io.

Thomas Doner attended Anthem College in 1999 and obtained a Certificate in Microsystems Technology with a focus on Information Technology.
