Alex S. has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Alex started their career at Vodafone as a Customer Service Representative for Voice and Mobile Data, where they were responsible for investigating connectivity issues and debugging performance problems. Alex then transitioned to a Software Developer/Consultant role within the same company, where they focused on business requirements gathering, architecture diagrams, and functional analysis.

Alex then worked at IONOS as an Advanced Java Engineer, writing full-stack applications and collaborating with the central Architecture Team. Alex later joined BrandUP Interactive as a Solutions Architect, where they contributed to the development of intellectual property assets and patented a core product.

In 2012, Alex joined Oracle as a Senior Consultant and Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the Security division. Alex represented the company in global security conferences and played a key role in the architecture and engineering of new features related to clinical trial management.

From 2014 to 2019, Alex worked at Luxoft in various positions, including Delivery Project Manager, Senior IT Manager, and Delivery Lead. Their responsibilities included vendor management, team setup, pre-sales activities, performance reviews, and product backlog grooming.

Most recently, Alex has been working at accesa.eu as the Head of Function for Portfolio Management - Services. Alex is responsible for leading the function and implementing go-to-market strategies for technology and service offerings in various industries.

Throughout their career, Alex has demonstrated a strong focus on strategic planning, team management, and client-facing responsibilities.

Alex S. earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Universitatea Petrol-Gaze din Ploiești, where they studied from 2006 to 2009. In addition to their degree, they also hold several certifications, including Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) obtained in November 2018, Java Associate from Cisco obtained in August 2010, and Unix Administrator from Cisco obtained in August 2010.
