Mihaela Sovrea

Mihaela Sovrea is a seasoned project delivery lead with extensive experience in project management and human resources. Since July 2021, Mihaela has been leading project delivery at Accesa.eu, following a tenure at Paddy Power Betfair as an acting project manager and certified Scrum master from August 2019 to July 2021. Mihaela’s expertise includes facilitating Scrum ceremonies, promoting effective communication, and guiding teams towards Agile maturity. Prior HR roles include people development manager at SC MostServ SRL, human resources manager at Ecovision, and human resources expert at the Romanian Cultural Institute, complemented by earlier experience as a human resources team lead at Nokia. Educational credentials include a master's degree in administrative sciences from Babes-Bolyai University.
