Anchal Kumar is a seasoned professional in development services with a robust background in program management and leadership. Currently serving as the Program Lead for Living Looms of India at ACCESS Development Services, Anchal is involved in revitalizing handloom clusters across the nation. Previous roles include Executive Director and National Program Manager at Fair Trade Forum - India, and core group member at Girls Not Brides in Rajasthan, where efforts focused on ending child marriage. Anchal has also held pivotal positions at Urmul Trust, implementing diverse programs in livelihoods, education, health, and disaster risk reduction. Notably, Anchal has experience as a National Level Monitor for the Ministry of Rural Development, overseeing flagship schemes, and has executed projects supported by the International Fund for Agricultural Development. Early career experiences include internships and fieldwork at various organizations focused on rural development and poverty alleviation.
