Manoj Kumar Agarwal

Manoj Aggrawal is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in livelihood projects and agricultural development. Currently serving as Vice President for Livelihood Projects at Microware Computing & Consulting since March 2021, Manoj leads the development of the LokOS mobile-based transaction system for women-led Self-Help Groups. Prior to this role, Manoj was the State Project Manager at RGAVP in Jaipur, where strategic designs and implementations for government missions focused on poverty alleviation were executed. As a Senior Program Officer at the Centre for microFinance, monitoring and support for farm and dairy production projects were undertaken. Earlier experience includes leading grassroots initiatives at SRIJAN and working as a Research Associate on a national-level agricultural project. Manoj holds an M.Tech. in Agricultural & Food Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, and a degree in Agricultural Engineering from Rajasthan Agriculture University.
