Roopali G. has over six years of experience in sustainable enterprise development, primarily at Development Alternatives, where Roopali served as Manager, leading various impactful initiatives and strategies. Prior roles include a Youth Citizen Service Volunteer focusing on women's education and livelihood in rural Bundelkhand, along with a project appointee Field Coordinator for decentralized solid waste management. Roopali also worked as a Research Fellow on a UNICEF project aimed at enhancing climate resilience among vulnerable populations in Rajasthan. Currently, Roopali is the State Programme Manager for the SAMRIDDHI Project at ACCESS Development Services, dedicated to empowering 10,000 women and youth through entrepreneurship. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Periyar University, followed by postgraduate studies in Mass Communication, culminating in a Master's degree from Guru Jambheshwar University.
