They previously served as the Group Head and VP of Corporate Social Responsibility at Vedanta Resources plc, where Ruby established CSR as a vital business function. Currently, Ruby is an independent executive and team coach, working with organizations to translate purpose into measurable impact while also serving on the board of ACCESS Development Services.
