Sudipto Saha has a diverse work history in the development and financial inclusion sector. Sudipto currently holds the position of Vice President at ACCESS Development Services, where they are responsible for sourcing and implementing livelihoods and financial inclusion projects in West Bengal and nearby states. Sudipto'srole involves conducting reviews and assessments, developing systems and policies, and providing capacity building support. Prior to this, Sudipto served as the Associate Director of Operations at ACCESS-ASSIST, a Public Charitable Trust focused on microfinance. Sudipto has also held managerial positions at ACCESS Development Services and worked as a Research Analyst at EDA Rural Systems Pvt. Ltd. In addition, Sudipto has experience as a Program Associate at Sir Ratan Tata Trust.
Sudipto Saha completed their Bachelor of Engineering in Metallurgical Engineering at Malaviya National Institute of Technology Jaipur from 1996 to 2000. Afterwards, they pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Rural Management (PGDRM) from the Institute of Rural Management, Anand (IRMA) between 2001 and 2003.
