Kelly Passey has a diverse work experience in the field of marketing and incentive solutions. Kelly started their career at Fidelity Investments in 1993 as a Marketing Product Manager, where they were responsible for debit card portfolio marketing activities. In 1997, they joined Visa USA as a Vice President, managing the Incentive Marketing division within the Brand Marketing group. Kelly developed and managed merchant-related incentive solutions for issuing bank customers. In 2005, Kelly joined Access Development as the Executive Vice President Incentive & Loyalty Services, where they held various roles, including EVP Business & Product Development and President. In these roles, they were responsible for the management and support of corporate and rewards/loyalty sales and product development. Kelly's work at Access involved leveraging merchant relationships to provide incentives and motivators for clients.
Kelly Passey attended the University of Utah - David Eccles School of Business from 1992 to 1994. During this time, they completed their Bachelor's degree with a major in Finance and Marketing.
