Jessica Baier

Jessica Baier is the founder of Habit Money, where they are dedicated to helping individuals develop and sustain healthy financial habits. They currently serve as the Executive Director at Access Distributed, supporting students from underrepresented backgrounds in their pursuit of finance careers. Previously, Jessica held key roles, including VP of Growth Strategy at TryNow and Strategy Manager at Stitch Fix. They earned an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a B.A. in Economics, Statistics, and Legal Studies from Macalester College. Jessica also has experience as an advisor at Success Advertising Hawaii and a consultant at Karl Egge Inc.
