John Mann has a diverse work experience that started in 2017 as a part-time Dockworker at FedEx Freight. In 2018, they worked as a Credit Analyst Intern at Zions Bank. The following year, John had a Growth Equity Intern role at SSM Partners. John was a Valuation Intern at Mercer Capital in 2020. In 2021, John was a Private Equity Intern and later became a Private Equity Analyst at Access Holdings, where they worked with a concentrated portfolio of 5-7 companies. At Access, John deployed $100-$200 million in equity per investment thesis, drove organic growth, and led add-on acquisition strategies.
John Mann attended St. George's Independent School for high school, but it is unclear when they completed this degree. Subsequently, they pursued a joint degree program from St Andrews William & Mary for a BA in Economics, which they completed in 2021. Additionally, they completed a BA in Economics from the University of St Andrews and William & Mary during the same time period. In 2022, they graduated from Vanderbilt University - Owen Graduate School of Management with an MS Finance degree.
