ACCIOD has been created as a strategic consulting firm specializing in IT operations in the context of company mergers and acquisitions (LBO, LMBO, M&A, etc.).
Its proven methods have enabled it to improve the time to market in carve out operations by prioritizing IT economic productivity business and the costs of IT services related to the businesses: products and services of companies. From the creation, this has earned it the status of Portfolio Company of the American CARLYLE Fund.
In 2010, ACCIOD dedicated a R&D structure recognized by the Ministry of Research and Higher Education and subsequently supported by the Regional Delegation for Research and Technology of Ile de France (JEI status under rescript, i.e. only 2% of the French JEI).

Independently of the ACCIOD company, the AI-BRMS solution under the KP-One brand was created and distributed from 2016 thanks to the international network having recognized innovation at the highest level of the technological community, particularly in the USA (Gartner, Open Group, IT4IT, Big4, Schneider Electric Digital).
