Sandra McQuain

Sandra McQuain is the Vice President of Infrastructure and Exchange Monitor with Access Intelligence's Critical Infrastructure Division and the Founder and CEO of The McQuain Group, LLC, a media and public relations firm. Deeply committed to the P3 model, Sandra works to improve transportation and social infrastructure across the U.S. In previous roles, Sandra served as the Executive Director for the England Economic and Industrial Development District, Chief Operating Officer for Baker Manufacturing Company, and Senior Vice President of Marketing and Operations for Zephyr Associates. Sandra has also actively participated in public service, including appointments to the Louisiana Board of Commerce and Industry and the Resilient Louisiana Commission. Currently, Sandra is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at Trevecca Nazarene University.
