Jesse Way

Jesse Way has extensive experience in the field of lasers and technology innovation. They currently hold the position of Chief Technology Officer at Access Laser, where they have been working since 2021. Prior to this role, Jesse served as the Director of Technology Innovation at Access Laser from July 2021 to October 2022.

Before joining Access Laser, Jesse worked at Synrad from 2016 to 2021. During this time, they held several roles, including Director of Product Management from September 2019 to June 2021, Senior Product Line Manager from April 2018 to September 2019, and Product Manager from November 2016 to April 2018.

Jesse also gained experience at Lockheed Martin, where they worked as a Senior Process Engineer from January 2016 to November 2016. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Energy Engineer at Solta Medical, Inc. from July 2015 to January 2016.

Their career in the field of lasers started at Synrad in 2010, where they worked as a Laser Scientist from November 2010 to March 2014. Before that, Jesse worked as an Optical Engineer at Lockheed Martin from March 2014 to July 2015.

Jesse Way has a solid educational background in the field of Electrical Engineering. They obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, studying from 2007 to 2009. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical Engineering from Montana State University-Bozeman, completing their studies from 2004 to 2007.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Jesse also took the initiative to enhance their professional skills by obtaining a certification in "Leading for Organizational Impact" from the Center for Creative Leadership in March 2023.
