Caitlin Hobbs is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in health and safety roles within the mining and health sectors. Currently serving as Zero Harm Superintendent at Access Mining since January 2026, Caitlin previously held positions as Risk and Audit Superintendent and Health and Safety Advisor - Underground at MMG Limited from January 2023 to December 2025, and worked as a Work Health and Safety Officer at SAHMRI from November 2021 to January 2023. Prior to this, Caitlin gained valuable experience at Glencore, where roles included Health and Safety Officer, Health Advisor, and Graduate Safety Advisor from January 2018 to November 2021.
