Brandi Ausler

Brandi Ausler has been working in the field of change management since 2007. Brandi began their career as a Communications Change Specialist at DCP Midstream, where they led internal communications campaigns and ensured standards were implemented across the organization. Brandi then moved into Organizational Change Management, providing expertise in this field and using the ADKAR methodology to assess the scope of a change. In 2018, they joined The Fifth Business - an ERM Group Company, where they served as a Sr Change Management Consultant. In this role, they collaborated with colleagues and clients to draft comprehensive presentations, Statements of Work, and quotes. Brandi then moved to ERM: Environmental Resources Management in 2019, where they served as a Sr Change Management Consultant. Finally, they joined Access Sciences in 2022 as a Change Management Consultant - Manager.

Brandi Ausler obtained their Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Colorado Technical University between 2009 and 2010. In November 2021, they were certified as a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner by Prosci.
