Steve Erickson

Steve Erickson has over 40 years of professional experience. Steve began their career in 1977 as an Analyst for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New England District, where they developed software to estimate potential 100-year flood damage costs. Steve then moved to Arthur Andersen & Co. in 1979, where they served as a Senior Manager and was responsible for new business development, executive consulting, project planning and management, staff development, and staff and client training. In 1987, they became the Director of Eagle Aerospace, where they were responsible for engineering cost analysis, project planning and management, advanced space systems design, Management Information Systems, and internal strategic business planning. After that, they worked as the Director of Operations at SPACEHAB, Inc. from 1997 to 2001, where they were responsible for all business operations activities of the aerospace services company. From 2001 to 2004, Steve was the Chief Executive Officer of Access Sciences, where they had overall responsibility for the strategy, vision, profitability, and growth of the company. During this time, they also served as a Board Member and Board President at the Hana and Arthur Ginzbarg Nature Discovery Center from 2001 to 2006. From 2004 to 2006, they were the Senior Manager of the Energy & Utilities Practice at Virchow Krause. Finally, they have been a Member of Vistage Worldwide, Inc. since 2020, where they are committed to elevating their company and their community.

Steve Erickson attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology from 1975 to 1979, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Engineering. In 2020, they completed an Executive Program in Artificial Intelligence: Implications for Business Strategy at the MIT Sloan School of Management.
