Alex Unnerstall

Alex Unnerstall has a range of work experience in various roles and industries. Starting as a Team Member at Niu Telefund in 2012, they later worked as a Customer Service Associate at Designer Shoe Warehouse from 2013 to 2015. They then interned at Red Bay, Inc. as a Summer Intern in 2015, gaining experience in customer account management, cold calling, and sales. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as a Business Development Representative at Verizon Connect, where they targeted medium-sized corporations, developed relationships, and closed deals. They then transitioned to a role as a Business Account Manager at Verizon from 2017 to 2019, where they established relationships with customers, developed custom data plans, and provided wireless service solutions. From 2019 to 2020, they worked as a Business Consultant II at Fiserv, generating leads, managing bank partnerships, and providing on-site/onboarding support. Currently, Alex holds the position of Account Manager at Access Softek since December 2020.

Alex Unnerstall completed a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Sales from Northern Illinois University from 2011 to 2016.
