Andrey Khalzov

Andrey Khalzov is a seasoned technology leader with a robust background in digital banking solutions, currently serving as the VP of Engineering at Access Softek since March 2021, overseeing a team of over 100 engineers. Khalzov has focused on enhancing engineering practices through targeted metrics and has played a pivotal role in the UI redesign of mobile banking applications. Prior to this role, Khalzov held various positions at Access Softek, including Engineering Director, where effective leadership was provided for development teams and technical guidance was offered during significant project redesigns. Earlier experience includes leadership at Luxoft for UBS Investment Bank's derivatives pricing applications and foundational roles in software development and architecture at Wannatrak and Magenta Technology. Khalzov earned a Master's degree in Computer Science from Samara State Aerospace University.
