Eduard Dulich

Eduard Dulich has over 20 years of work experience in various roles related to project management and software development.

Their most recent position was as a Scrum Master at Access Softek, where they worked with multiple Scrum teams developing software for banks and credit unions. Eduard was responsible for helping the teams become self-organized and self-managed, and also worked on improving agile development practices within the team and with stakeholders. Eduard actively participated in the Scrum Masters community of practice to continue learning and provide support to others.

Prior to that, Eduard worked as a Project Manager and Scrum Master at Wisebits Group, where they led two teams developing a solution for chat/video communication for large communities. Eduard initiated the reorganization of the teams and implemented a customized workflow and tools to improve the development process. Eduard also established and managed the QA Community and implemented numerous improvements to make the development process more effective and transparent.

Before that, Eduard worked as a Scrum Master at Exness, where they acted as Project Manager for the Trading Platforms department. Eduard successfully decomposed the teams and made them cross-functional, with a strong sense of responsibility for the product. Eduard also communicated with vendors and clients and collected feedback for further product improvements.

Additionally, Eduard has experience as a Project Manager and QA Manager at Acronis, where they managed a project for the Acronis Files Cloud product and established QA procedures for testing. Eduard also worked as a Project Manager and Manager of Operations at Backupagent B.V., managing a project for online backup software and providing operational support.

Eduard has also held various roles at other companies, including a QA Manager position at Pacific Northwest Software and several roles at ISD, where they worked as a Senior QA Engineer and System Analyst. At ISD, they led teams to develop automated applications and designed processes for defect tracking.

Earlier in their career, Eduard worked as a Junior Software Developer at the Computing Center of Pridneprovskaya Ukrainian Railway, where they developed and supported a bridge application between two systems. Eduard also worked as a Freelancer, developing a game server application.

Eduard Dulich attended Dnipropetrovs'kij Nacional'nij Universitet from 1995 to 2000. Eduard obtained a Master's degree in Applied Mathematics during this time. In addition to their formal education, Eduard has obtained several certifications throughout their career. Eduard became a Certified LeSS Practitioner through The LeSS Company in October 2019. In June 2018, they achieved the Scaled Professional Scrum (SPS) certification from Scrum.org. Prior to that, in March 2016, they obtained the Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) certification, also from Scrum.org. Finally, Eduard became an Oracle PL/SQL Developer Certified Associate in December 2005 through Oracle.
