Kate Malchik

Kate Malchik is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in implementation management and occupational therapy. As the Regional Implementation Team Manager at Access Softek since March 2014, Kate oversees the implementation process, collaborates with product teams, and manages a team of implementation managers, while also guiding project planning and product launches for online and mobile banking platforms. Prior to this role, Kate served as the Online and Mobile Banking Implementation Team Lead, successfully managing mobile product UI overhauls and ensuring timely implementation across multiple clients. Kate's background includes working as an Occupational Therapist at the Kennedy Child Study Center, where complex therapy interventions were delivered, and early career roles in rehabilitation and sleep technology. Kate holds a BBA in Finance from Baruch College and an MS in Occupational Therapy from the State University of New York Downstate Health Sciences University.
