Mykola Harkaviuk

Mykola Harkaviuk is an Incident Commander Lead and Problem Manager at Access Softek, where they focus on troubleshooting high-priority incidents and guiding the problem management process. Previously, Mykola developed an automated motivational system for top management at Delmass and served as a Technical Support Specialist, where they oversaw project statuses and provided training on banking technologies. Mykola holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Management of Organizations and has furthered their education with courses in Business Analysis and Quality Assurance. Currently, Mykola is pursuing studies in Python.
