Ruslan Peyter

Ruslan Peyter has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Ruslan began their career in 2006 as a Consultant at the Supreme Rada of Ukraine, where they were responsible for drafting laws and legislation and preparing parliamentary inquiries and appeals. In 2007, they joined the NGO League "DIPCORPUS" as Deputy Director, where they conducted macroeconomic analysis and organized professional discussions on economic challenges. In 2013, they became a Senior Financial Auditor at Zakarpattya Regional State Administration, overseeing the revision and coordination of financial documents and statements. Since 2014, Ruslan has been working as a Senior QA Engineer at Access Softek, utilizing their expertise in quality assurance.

Ruslan Peyter completed their Master's degree in Foreign Economic Affairs at Uzhgorod National University from 2001 to 2006. In addition to their formal education, they obtained several certifications throughout their career. This includes the certification of "API and Web Service Introduction" from Udemy in December 2022, the certification of "Certified SAFe® 5 Practitioner" from Scaled Agile, Inc. in July 2020, the certification of "Legislation" from the Legislation Institute, Supreme Rada of Ukraine in October 2010, and the certification of "Fundamentals of Public Policy Analysis" from the National Academy of Public Administration in May 2007.
