Svetlana Leonova

Svetlana Leonova has relevant work experience in the field of business analysis and project management. In their role as a Product Coordinator at Access Softek since 2019, they have been responsible for various tasks such as business analysis, project management, communication with stakeholders, identification of requirements and expectations, task assignment, and ensuring timely project delivery. Svetlana has also played a key role in the development, improvement, and customization of mobile banking applications, as well as troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. Furthermore, Svetlana has experience in coordinating integrations with third-party financial services and providing training to banks and credit unions on mobile and online technology. Prior to this role, they worked as a Business Analyst in a volunteer position related to Luxoft projects, where they contributed to the development and implementation of a CRM system and applied various business analysis techniques.

Svetlana Leonova completed their Master's degree in Production Management with a specialization in Economics and Business Management from the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management. Svetlana attended the academy from 1996 to 2001. In addition to their degree, Svetlana also obtained certifications in "Diving into Business Analysis" from SkillsUp in February 2019, and in the "Leadership Program" from the Training Center Academy of Development in June 2010.
