Tom Lester

Tom Lester is the Chief Technology Officer at Access Softek, where tenure began in April 2007. Previously, Tom co-founded Blue Mug, Inc., serving as Engineering Project Manager from 1999 to 2003, and led engineering efforts on significant projects, including the development of a 3G WCDMA handset. Tom also held the position of Engineering Project Lead at Geoworks from January 1998 to October 1999, managing projects related to the GEOS-SC operating system. Earlier, from 1993 to 1997, Tom worked as a Senior Engineer at Geoworks, focusing on system and application software for embedded wireless devices and serving as the technical lead for the GEOS-SC file system. Tom earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley, between 1992 and 1994.
