Giulia Block

Giulia Block is an experienced legal professional with a robust background in healthcare and corporate law. Currently serving as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Access TeleCare since August 2022, Giulia advises the executive leadership team on various legal matters, including governance, mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory compliance for a telemedicine company with extensive nationwide operations. Prior experience includes roles as Deputy Legal Counsel at Kindbody, where efforts contributed to achieving ‘unicorn’ status, and General Counsel at Restorix Health, Inc., overseeing legal operations for a large network of wound care centers. Earlier positions include Assistant General Counsel at Health Care Navigator, LLC, and Attorney at the NYC Human Resources Administration. Giulia holds a BA in Psychology from Boston University and a JD from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University.
