Keri Jolly has extensive experience in leadership roles within the care sector and human resources, beginning as a Care Deputy Manager at Dove Project from April 2013 to August 2018 and continuing as Care Team Leader at Premier Care (Plymouth) Limited from August 2018 to November 2019. Following that, Keri served as Team Leader at Circle Case Management from November 2019 to November 2022 and held the position of Deputy Residential Manager at SOUTH WEST CHILDCARE SERVICES LTD for a brief period in April to August 2018. Afterward, Keri transitioned into the HR field, taking on the role of Head of HR (trainee) at Access2Learn starting in September 2025, while also managing responsibilities as an assessor line manager.
