Lesley Smith currently serves as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Access4 since December 2021. Previously, Lesley held various leadership roles at Care Park, including Group General Manager and Executive Manager for Commercial and Legal, from February 2017 to December 2021. Lesley's legal career began as a Lawyer and later a Paralegal at Asian Pacific Group from April 2011 to July 2016. Additional experience includes serving as an Executive Assistant to the Assistant Director at Catholic Education Melbourne and working as a Legal Assistant in Insolvency and Bankruptcy at Mortons Accountants. Lesley holds a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from The Australian National University and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from La Trobe University, along with an Advanced Diploma of Business (Legal Practice) from Northern Melbourne Institute of TAFE.
