Amanda Cunha

Amanda Cunha has extensive work experience in compliance and risk management. Amanda worked at Access | Information Management as the Director of Compliance & Risk Management starting in October 2016. Prior to that, they held various leadership positions at LocatePLUS, including Vice President of Operations. In this role, they were responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company's pre-employment screening division and investigative databases. Amanda obtained certifications in the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and was a member of the National Association of Professional Background Screeners. Amanda was with LocatePLUS from July 2005 to October 2016.

Amanda Cunha has studied Business Administration and Management at Salem State University. Amanda also holds an Associates degree in Business Administration from North Shore Community College. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in CCEP from the Compliance Certification Board (CCB) and in Fair Credit Reporting Act from the Consumer Data Industry Association.
