Barry Payne

Barry Payne has extensive work experience in various leadership roles across multiple companies. Barry started their career at Harland Clarke, where they worked their way up to Vice President, overseeing manufacturing operations with over 750 employees. After that, they joined Iron Mountain, where they held several senior executive roles, including Senior Vice President of Secure Shredding and Vice President of Shredding Operations. During their time at Iron Mountain, they achieved significant revenue growth through acquisitions and effective sales initiatives. Barry then served as the Chief Executive Officer at both 3GS Shredding, LLC and Bonded Services, where they implemented successful organizational changes and drove business growth. At Iron Mountain, they later served as Senior Vice President of Iron Mountain Entertainment Services, leading the integration efforts and overseeing the division's operations in multiple global markets.
