Doug Hoffer

Doug Hoffer has worked in human resources for over 25 years. Doug began their career at General Dynamics - Bath Iron Works, where they managed benefits for six years. Doug then joined Fidelity Investments, where they spent five years as VP of Health & Welfare Client Services. In 2003, Hoffer left Fidelity to join Wellington Management as Managing Director of Global Total Rewards & HR Technology. Doug spent thirteen years at Wellington before moving to The MENTOR Network in 2016, where they served as Chief Human Resources Officer for eighteen months. Hoffer is currently the Chief People Officer at Access.

Doug Hoffer has a MBA from Questrom School of Business at Boston University and has completed an Executive Education program at Harvard Business School. Doug also has a BA in Economics from University of Massachusetts Amherst.
