Irene oversees daily HR operations and payroll for over 1700 employees, managing processes from pre-employment screening to compliance audits. Previous roles include Payroll Manager at Cruise, where Irene modernized payroll processes, and Global Payroll and Equity Manager at FANDOM, handling global payroll for over 500 employees.
