Jodee Bralten is a Client Care Supervisor with extensive experience in customer service and client relations. They began their career at FileBank, where they served as an Active Fileroom Supervisor and Customer Service Representative from 2007 to 2013. Jodee later worked at Access Information Management as an Acquisition Specialist Lead, managing over 20 acquisitions and contributing significantly to client retention and revenue growth from 2021 to 2022. Previously, Jodee focused on delivering superior client experiences at Access Information Management from 2018 to 2020 and also worked as a Customer Service and Office Administrator at FileBank IT Services from 2014 to 2015. Currently, Jodee is pursuing degrees in Law & Securities at Sheridan College and completing their Ontario Secondary School Diploma at St. Aloysius Gonzaga.
